Choosing the right home inspector is a difficult, but very important decision.

Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me and we meet for YOUR inspection.

Furthermore, different inspectors have varying knowledge, experience, qualifications, equipment, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. The highest price does NOT mean it will be the BEST, as the lowest price does not mean it will be the worst.

One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires an overall intimate knowledge on the workings of your home.

Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own efforts, even before he arrives through Continuing Education, Knowledge and Experience.  

I understand that this is probably the largest investment you will ever make.
