As a Realtor I am frequently asked for recommendations for service providers.  Most often people want to know who I recommend for electrical, furnace and air conditioning, roofing, remodeling, structural evaluations and landscaping.  Over the past fifteen years I've worked with what I consider some of the best in the industry and have no reservations recommending those individuals to my clients.  One of the most important professionals my clients need first is the home inspector they will use both in the purchase of their home or in preparing it for sale.  I've known Rick now for about twelve years and I've recommended him to my clients as one of their first choices to conduct their home inspections.  My criteria for his services are that he be knowledgeable and objective in evaluating the major systems in a house; furnace and air, electrical, plumbing, roofing, basic construction and foundation.  He also has to be capable of conducting testing for radon and mold.  I expect a thorough inspection and I expect it to be reasonably priced.  Rick and Alert Home Services meets those demands. 

Bottom line, the professionals that I recommend know that they have to take care of my clients right, the first time and every time that I recommend them.  They don't get second chances and to date, Rick and Alert Home are my first recommendation for home inspections.
